The prediction system was verified by data from 500,000 cells, and the root mean square error between the prediction results and the actual data was <0.5 %, using this capacity prediction solution can reduce equipment investment and operating costs by 40%.

In addition, in order to meet the owner's pursuit of precise cost reduction, a digital high-voltage DC simulation platform has been rigorously developed, which can conduct key performance verification before production and reduce physical trial and error costs; at the same time, a virtual simulation environment can be built to deploy electrical systems and software systems. Simulation joint debugging greatly shortens the on-site debugging cycle; and through this system, intelligent diagnosis and predictive maintenance of equipment faults can be realized, further helping customers achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction.

 Reduce costs and increase efficiency overseas

With the acceleration of internationalization, in response to the pain point of high overseas electricity costs, Jingjing released a water-heating all-in-one machine to replace the constant temperature overall heating of the factory and workshop with storage location heating. At the same time, the humidity control requirements of the factory and workshop were changed. The pallet is equipped with a humidity control mechanism.
